Cole Sabe is a Loan Officer in our Finlayson office. He enjoys helping customers understand their personal finances and is eager to assist all customers with integrity. Currently, Cole specializes in consumer real estate financing.

Born in a small farming community, Cole personally understands how hard our rural communities work to accomplish their financial dreams. He takes great pride in educating you and your family on the available financing options to make those dreams a reality.

Cole and his wife, Katie, raise their children in Moose Lake. He is passionate about residential real estate, specifically “old” homes in need of TLC.

Cole spends the majority of his spare time on the North Shore and Superior Hiking Trail where he can usually be found exploring Northern Minnesota with his family.
