By entering this contest, you are giving Northview Bank permission to use photographs taken for use in any electronic or printed communications and for any advertising, promotion, or publication, including the Northview Bank website and social media sites. Northview Bank has the right to publish photos entered in this contest.

I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the finished photographs or printed or electronic matter that may be used in conjunction with them now or in the future, whether that use is known to me or unknown. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the photograph.

I release and discharge Northview Bank, its employees, agents, assigns, and any designee from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of such photographs, including but not limited to any claims for defamation or invasion of privacy.

If you are a winner of this contest a signed form will need to be completed, to claim prize. This contest is open to the public.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.  PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE ODDS OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

PROMOTION PERIOD. The “Buck Contest” (the “Promotion”) begins at 12:01 A.M. CST on September 15, 2024 and ends 11:59 P.M. CST on November 25, 2024 (the “Promotion Period”).

ELIGIBILITY. The Promotion is open only to individuals who at the time of entry are legal residents of the United States. The Promotion is open to all individuals who meet the requirements. This Promotion is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void (a) outside the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, and (b) where prohibited by law.

HOW TO ENTER. There are multiple ways to enter this Promotion during the Promotion Period and winners will be announced on December 16, 2024.

To enter via Northview Bank website, entrant must enter and submit their information in the form on www.northviewbank.com/buckcontest.

If you do not wish to enter the Promotion via an online platform, you may mail your entry containing your name, home address, email address and/or telephone number to: Northview Bank, ATTN: Marketing, “Buck Contest”, 200 1st Street E, Park Rapids, MN 56470; a mail-in entry must be post-marked before November 18, 2024, and received by Sponsor on or before November 19, 2024.

“Liking” the Sponsor’s social page(s), i.e. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or LinkedIn is not a requirement for this sweepstakes.

All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Limit one entry per person for the duration of the contest. Proof of sending or submitting an Entry will not be deemed proof of receipt by Sponsor. 

Submissions will be uploaded to an album on the Northview Bank Facebook page. Facebook voting will take place from Nov 26-Dec 09, 2024. The top 10 photos with the most likes will be placed into a random drawing on Dec.13.

Prizes and Approximate Retail Value. Each (3) Prize winner(s) will receive their prize from Northview Bank. Northview Bank also reserves the right to award additional prizes as it deems necessary to expand the promotion. Winners will be selected per contest rules and regulations. Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. Each prize is non-transferable and non-refundable and must be accepted as awarded. All applicable taxes (including federal, state, and local income taxes for U.S winners), duties, and the like, if any, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. First place winner will receive $1,000, second place winner will receive $500, third place winner will receive an Outdoors package. 

SELECTION OF POTENTIAL PRIZE WINNERS. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. A purchase will not increase the chances of winning.

NOTIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS OF POTENTIAL WINNERS. 

Each potential Prize Winner will be initially contacted via the applicable form of contact. The prize may be forfeited and may be awarded to another entrant who is randomly selected if (i) any prize notification or any prize is returned as undeliverable, (ii) Sponsor is unable to contact a potential winner within two (2) days of the first attempt to contact him or her, (iii) a potential winner fails to provide his or her contact information within two (2) calendar days after notification by Sponsor, (iv) a potential winner is determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion, to be ineligible, (v) a potential winner declines the prize, or (vi) a potential winner is otherwise not in compliance with these Official Terms and Conditions.  Sponsor is not responsible for any delay in awarding any prize.

Winner’s entry and acceptance of the prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited) for Sponsor and its designees to use, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, the winner’s name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice and address (city and state), for advertising, promotions and other purposes in all forms of media, worldwide in perpetuity, without additional notice, permission or further compensation.
