Mortgage Loan Officer – Park Rapids

Northview Bank, a family-owned community bank since 1908, is seeking an experienced Consumer Mortgage Loan Officer for its Park Rapids and surrounding communities. As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you will have the opportunity to help people achieve their dream of homeownership or property ownership. Lending decisions are made locally and Northview Bank prides itself in supporting the communities it serves. Northview Bank offers base wage plus commission compensation, full benefits* and a great work environment. 

Primary Responsibilities include:

  • Soliciting, developing and maintaining relationships with loan customers
  • Completing tasks related to loan origination, from application to loan closing
  • Representing the bank through active participation in community events

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or business, or equivalent financial institution job experience
  • Lending experience, including real estate
  • Ability to be NMLS registered, licensed and qualified

Wage Range: $60,000-$80,000

FT Loan Processor/Loan Document Specialist  

Northview Bank, a family-owned community bank since 1908, is seeking a FT Loan Processor/Loan Document Specialist for its Sandstone Office. The primary responsibilities of this position are to assist lenders by preparing and processing:
• New loan documentation
• Renewal and modification documentation
• Denied or withdrawn files
• Supporting documents
• Paperless loan files

Position Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 2 Years of Loan Processing or related experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
• Operates Windows based software
• Operates PC and standard office equipment
