Lindsay Swedberg is a Mortgage Loan Officer based in Northview Bank’s Barnum branch, proudly serving customers throughout the region. She is passionate about helping clients achieve their homeownership goals, whether they’re purchasing their first home, financing home improvements, building their dream home, or investing in recreational property.

Known for her forward-thinking approach and personalized service, Lindsay understands the unique needs of rural communities and the hardworking families she serves. She is committed to keeping customers informed throughout the lending process, communicating in the way that works best for them and making every step as smooth and efficient as possible.

Lindsay and her husband have raised their family on their fifth-generation cattle farm, giving her a deep appreciation for the values of hard work, commitment, and community. While she enjoys the peacefulness of country living, she also loves the energy of the city and has a special appreciation for historic homes brought back to life through thoughtful restoration.

Outside of work, Lindsay enjoys attending themed galas, exploring new cities, traveling with family and friends, and spending time outdoors. You’ll often find her taking her dogs swimming, searching for agates on country roads, cruising with the top down, stargazing, or chatting with the cattle on the farm. She also loves watching her motorhead son work on his latest automotive project, finding joy in the passions of those she loves.
