Pamela Burbie was an absolute gem to deal with. I dealt with some NOT so wonderful people from the Hinckley branch on the phone and wouldn’t help me. Claimed they couldn’t and Vickie the manager said nothing could be done. I called the Finlayson branch not long after I got off the phone with the Hinckley branch and Pamela solved everything. She followed through with calling me back when she said she would. She continued to watch my account from the start of everything until it was solved. I will forever be grateful for her help. We started working with Northview Bank 13 years ago in 2006 when we purchased our dream northern Minnesota cabin and land property. Northview Bank and their wonderful staff made the process simple and answered all of our questions completely.
